The Hypocrisy of For the Love of His Truth - Copright vs Fair Use

Grant and Elmarie are hypocrites when it comes to copying information from people's websites but ferociously attack people with legal lawsuits when people copy information from their website.  They are masters when it comes to double standards.  This is how it works for them.

If you want to copy information from their website then their unlawful copyright notice is suppose to chase people away:

But if they want to copy information from other peoples websites, then the following applies:

The fact is, this Fair Use Copyright Law applies to everyone distributing information without profit! Everyone who has expressed interest in participating in a community of individuals interested in the same methodologies for comment, non-profit and educational purposes can copy information from your website and report on it.

Grant and Elmarie have legally attacked the blogs http://1joh4.wordpress.com/ and http://www.discerningtheworld.com/ to try and shut them down by claiming they have stolen content from the blog For the Love of His Truth, but according to the above "Fair Use" Copy Right Law they were legally well within their rights to do so.  They copied (not stole) content (quotes) from For the Love of His Truth used to refute the doctrine of Calvinism.

You can see here for proof that Elmaire tries to legally shut down Discerning the World:

It's very easy to file a legal complaint against a website.  Contact the right people, tell them someone is stealing content from your website and voila you get issued a legal notice enforcing you to remove the content or face having your website shut down.  Yes it's that simple.  The ISPA or DMCA are not there to check to see if the person laying the complaint is actually telling the whole truth and nothing but the truth, they take the complainants word for it and lay a full legal claim against the website who gets the fright of their life and is forced to submit because they don't want to get into a court battle over something they are not profiting out of and didn't steal in the first place.

The bible says as a Christian you are not suppose to take people to court or fight legal battles with people.
Lawsuits Against Believers
When one of you has a grievance against another, does he dare go to law before the unrighteous instead of the saints? Or do you not know that the saints will judge the world? And if the world is to be judged by you, are you incompetent to try trivial cases? Do you not know that we are to judge angels? How much more, then, matters pertaining to this life! So if you have such cases, why do you lay them before those who have no standing in the church? I say this to your shame. Can it be that there is no one among you wise enough to settle a dispute between the brothers, but brother goes to law against brother, and that before unbelievers? To have lawsuits at all with one another is already a defeat for you. Why not rather suffer wrong? Why not rather be defrauded? But you yourselves wrong and defraud—even your own brothers!

For The Love of His Truth - Calling People Idiots

Grant Swart from http://fortheloveofhistruth.com harted for non-Calvinists is unrelenting in one of his latest articles. This time going so far as to call everyone that is not a Calvinist:  "religious idiots". He says he does not hate, but his heart and his mind can not help but cast out words of hate.

Matthew 15:18-20
18  But the things that come out of the mouth come from the heart, and these things defile a person.
19  For out of the heart come evil ideas, murder, adultery, sexual immorality, theft, false testimony, slander. 20  These are the things that defile a person; it is not eating with unwashed hands that defiles a person.”

Taken from article: Charles Haddon Spurgeon: Preacher of Free Grace, or Religious Idiot?

An article explaining why you should not call people "religious idiots" has been posted here: http://www.discerningtheworld.com/2013/07/12/calling-others-idiots/
